TOM
Mr. Pickles
EvansRanchPride Dill of SimplyRags
Also known as Pickle Boy, Mr. P, Dilly Baby
Mr. Pickles is a blue sepia bicolor Cherubim Ragdoll, born on Valentines day—February 14, 2023. He has the thickest, fluffiest coat of all our cats and striking denim-blue eyes. True to his birthday, he’s a total love bug.
My husband likes to joke that he has the survival instincts of a rock because he is so tolerant with our 3-year-old son. Mr. Pickles loves to be held, fussed over, and snuggled—and when he’s not soaking up affection, he’s proudly serving as the resident fetch champion of our home.
FUTURE TOM
Thomas O’Malley
Aspendolls O Malley of SimplyRags
Also known as Tommy Boy, Mr. O’Malley the Alley Cat
Thomas is a traditional blue lynx point bicolor Ragdoll, born March 25, 2025. His soft gray shading will continue to deepen over time, and with his big, expressive eyes, he’s already quite the looker.
Thomas is endlessly playful. His favorite game? Hide and seek with an unsuspecting playmate. He’ll duck behind a box, slowly peeking out, eyes wide in anticipation. When he realizes he’s been spotted…ZOOM! Off he goes like a little rocket. He’s silly, snuggly, and has already found his place in the family.
QUEEN
Honey
EvansRanchPride Honey of SimplyRags
Also known as Honey Baby, Honey Girl
Honey is a seal mink tortie mitted Cherubim Ragdoll, born on December 8, 2022. Her coat is bunny soft and rarely mats, her eyes a stunning shade of aqua. She has the most substantial size of our breeding females, with smooth, gentle curves and a calm, grounded presence.
While naturally curious and friendly, Honey can often be found curled up in one of three cozy spots she confidently claimed as her own. She’s sweet and easygoing— not overly needy, but she’ll trill to let you know she’s around, especially if you might just offer a belly rub.
QUEEN
Phoebe
EvansRanchPride Bee of SimplyRags
Also known as Phoebs, Phoebster, Phoebelini
Phoebe is a traditional seal tortie point mitted Ragdoll, born December 8, 2022. She’s Honey’s littermate, and I think of their markings as equal and opposite. Phoebe’s coat is just as silky as her sister’s, her eyes are a vivid blue, and her facial features are well-balanced.
Phoebe is sweet and a bit quirky—playful in an I-don’t-want-to-exert-too-much-energy kind of way. Her hidden talent is sleeping in just about any position, and her favorite pastime is making biscuits while letting out a purr that sounds more like a rattle.
FUTURE QUEEN
Daphne
SweetDreamDolls Daphne
Also known as Daph, Da-fanny
Daphne is a traditional blue/cream tortie bicolor Ragdoll, born April 15, 2024. She has a soft, creamy coat and the sweetest doll face you’ve ever seen. Daphne loves chasing feather toys and is even known to carry an entire teaser wand proudly around the house.
She may think she sounds ferocious when she captures her “prey,” but she’s about as sweet and mild-mannered as they come. When she’s not pouncing on feathers, she can be found making biscuits or curled up lazily in the bathroom sink.
FUTURE QUEEN
Dorothy
Also known as Dor-Dor, Hodor, Dorty Girl
Dorothy is a seal mink tortie bicolor Cherubim Ragdoll, born December 21, 2024. She completely stole my heart and became our very first “keeper girl” from our queen Phoebe. As a tiny kitten, she would sit between my feet and quietly watch whatever I was doing—and to this day, she still flops down on my feet to say hello or demand a belly rub.
Dorothy knows no strangers and greets visitors happily at the door. She may even open her mouth to meow, though more often than not, no sound escapes. Her eyes say it all! She inherited her lovely odd-eyes and signature floppy charm from her dad, Mr. Pickles.
QUEEN (OF THE HOUSE)
Marie
Also known as Murry (her mischievous alter ego)
Marie isn’t one of our breeding girls—just one of the three who started it all. She’s our resident troublemaker, occasional supervisor, and not-so-reliable lap warmer. She takes her duties (lounging, judging, and prowling the premises) very seriously.
She’s the best bug catcher in the house, and unlike any Ragdoll I’ve known, she loves to perch on her throne atop the kitchen cabinets to keep an eye on everyone. Marie has a curious grudge against my husband (the origin of which remains a mystery), but she adores a good chin scratch from me. She’s the most discerning of all our cats, so any kitten that wins over Marie is sure to win over just about anyone.
